Sand Tray &
Play Therapy

For both children and adults, creative expression through the sand tray and play provide a safe, low-pressure way to work through big feelings and find new ways to cope.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gentle way to help your brain process difficult memories without having to talk through every detail. It's like reorganizing a messy closet so you can finally find some peace.
